Ingredients:
3 cl Blekinge Gin
3 cl Limoncello
3 cl freshly squeezed lemon
1 cl simple syrup
Vanilla foam:
Combine 300 ml water, 300 ml sugar, and one split vanilla pod. Simmer until dissolved, then remove the pod and let cool. Add 100 ml egg white, pour into a 0.5 L siphon, charge with N₂O, shake well, and chill for 30 minutes before use.
Combine gin and limoncello with a touch of simple syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice over ice in a shaker.
Stir delicately to chill, strain into a coupe glass, and crown with a silky layer of vanilla foam.

Ingredients:
3 cl SKAL Orange liqueur
3 cl Blekinge Gin
3 cl frech lemon juice
6 cl Sprite
Fill a chilled highball glass with ice. Add SKAL, gin, and fresh lemon juice, then stir gently. Top with Sprite and garnish with a slice of citrus. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
2 cl SKAL Orange liqueur
3 cl Vodka
6 cl cranberry juice
2 cl simple syrup
Juice of 1/2 lime
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add SKAL, vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lime or an orange zest. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
5 cl Flora Gin
10 cl Åhus Original Tonic
Lavender tea
Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice, and elegantly garnish with a slice of lemon.

Ingredients:
4 cl KASK Coffee liqueur
3 cl Vodka
4 cl freshly brewed espresso
2 cl simple syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add KASK, espresso, vodka, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans for a classic touch.

Ingredients:
3 cl OAK Gin
1 cl Punsch
2 dashes of Bitters
1 slice of orange
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add OAK Gin, Punsch and bitter. Stir gently until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express an orange peel over the drink and use as garnish.

3 cl Crème de MUST
1 cl SKAL Orange liqueur
Coffee
Pour the liqueurs into a glass, top with freshly brewed coffee, float a layer of lightly whipped cream.
Garnish with finely grated chocolate.
